ANALISA KEBUTUHAN DAN TINGKAT KUALITAS JASA PROGRAM STUDI TEKNIK INDUSTRI UNIVERSITAS TARUMANAGARA DENGAN METODE SERVQUAL, IPA DAN HOQ

Abstract


The quality is good or bad college was first perceived by the user such that the college students. Quality of influential college to prospective students who want to choose universities and companies who want to recruit new graduates. Therefore, the measurement and analysis of the level of service quality Industrial Engineering Program University Tarumanagara by comparing the needs of users and stakeholders in order to improve the quality and competitive colleges today.

SERVQUAL model is used to identify the dimensions related to the quality of higher education services, gap analysis is useful to measure the gap between student expectations with what students perceived. Importance Performance Analysis method is used to prioritize the variables that must be repaired and upgraded first. House of Quality Requirement serves to outline the technical characteristics of the variables that are in the first quadrant IPA method and make targets to be achieved while the House of Quality Process for determining the plans to do from the technical characteristics terkritis.

Candidate needs to be considered in choosing a college is a prospect of employment opportunities to the program of study. Based on the gap scores and plotting IPA methods, physical facilities program studies in Industrial Engineering at the University Tarumanagara should prioritize the improvement and enhancement of quality such as installing a free Wi-Fi Internet connection to meet the needs of students. The need for companies to recruit graduates of Industrial Engineering is to master the English language with a minimum TOEFL score of 450 and a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3:50.
